Girls are motivated and groomed to get employment in various positions like receptionists, office clerks, lab technicians in hospitals etc. Many girls have become self-employed and give home tuitions and stitch clothes to earn their livelihood.

However post graduate students are also employed in teaching & administrative jobs.
